Fingerprints are requested for individuals who apply for positions in our Y Academy (early childhood education) and Out of School Time departments only.
We utilize a partner agency for fingerprinting.
More details will be provided on fingerprinting during the interview process.
Hiring supervisors aim to respond to potential candidates within 48 to 72 hours after an application is submitted.
In general, a hiring supervisor will pull and review applications for a position.
A phone interview may be conducted for qualified applicants. This process ensures candidates understand the role, position and compensation and are interested in the position.
A follow-up in-person interview is then scheduled with a potential candidate within 24-48 hours from the phone interview.
