At the Y, we’re focused entirely on you—your goals, your preferences and your challenges. You'll find Studio Y workouts offer an interval training style workout with heart rate tracking so time flies and calories burn. We provide the mental encouragement, inspiration and social connection proven to help individuals reach their health and fitness goals.

Members in Studio Y classes can purchase a wearable, heart rate-based system that accurately and conveniently monitors your physical activity through the Myzone app. The purchase of the heart rate band is not required to attend the class.
