High-Intensity Interval Training
Studio Y workouts offer an interval training style workout with heart rate tracking so time flies while calories burn. We provide the mental encouragement, inspiration and social connection proven to help individuals reach their health goals.

Studio Y classes feature functional fitness exercises that are focused on cardiovascular improvement and building strength.
Exercises in Studio Y classes can be modified to fit most fitness levels. Participants should note that this is a high-intensity training class.

Studio Y classes incorporate an optional Myzone heart rate monitoring system that accurately and conveniently logs your physical activity.
